The Working Mind (Manager/Supervisor) is tailored for leaders who play a key role in fostering mentally healthy workplaces. This course helps participants recognize and respond to changes in their own and others’ mental health, and explore tools and strategies for supporting employees, responding to mental health concerns, and leading by example. Participants gain the confidence to start meaningful conversations, support workers in distress, and create a culture of psychological safety on site.

 

Participants will learn to:

  • Recognize and respond to early signs of mental health changes among workers.

  • Engage in effective, stigma-free conversations about mental health.

  • Support employees through the mental health continuum, including during times of crisis.

  • Model healthy coping and self-care practices as a leader.

  • Integrate mental health awareness into safety culture and daily operations.
