Course Summary:
Everyone has a role in preventing psychological injuries at work. Managers, supervisors, and team leaders can help create and maintain psychologically safe workplaces by using simple leadership techniques that make a big impact.
This workshop will explain the WCB’s Gradual Onset Psychological Injury legislation and what it means for you. Participants will learn to spot and address unsafe situations, evaluate their current leadership methods, and take easy actions to build a psychologically safe workplace.
Active participation is required from all attendees
