Course Summary:
In this course, you'll learn practical, on-the-job skills and tools for setting the tone for a healthy workplace, improving one's own mental health and supporting the mental health of workers who are struggling.
This course has six modules that teach you the skills and knowledge for breaking down stigma, managing stress effectively, spotting signs that others are struggling with mental health, influencing a shift in the workplace culture, having tough conversations, and connecting workers to the support they need.
This course uses construction-industry-based scenarios and includes references to suicide and substance use.
