About Construction Safety Nova Scotia
Construction Safety Nova Scotia (CSNS) is an industry founded and funded membership based not-for-profit association focused on improving Occupational Health & Safety outcomes in the construction industry. Driven by our values of relationships, quality, and innovation and with the support of the Board of Directors, the CSNS team enables a safer construction industry by engaging with the membership organizations to reduce injuries and improve safety culture. CSNS provides subsidized training and services with qualified, competent, and engaging safety professionals. Working with diverse construction employers & employees, youth, and people throughout Nova Scotia, CSNS enables stakeholders to develop the knowledge, values, and skills needed for safer work practices. As leaders in Occupational Health & Safety, and through collaboration with industry partners, CSNS is making Nova Scotia safer.
Current Opportunities
Professional Consulting Services Required to Complete a Feasibility Study in Support of a CSNS Facility Plan
CSNS has outgrown our existing facilities, and we require a long-term facility plan for the next 30 years. For this reason, we would like to invite prospective Consultants to submit a proposal to complete a Feasibility Study in Support of a Facility Plan that will satisfy both internal and external stakeholders and allow CSNS to sustain the delivery of high-quality training.
This feasibility study that will be used by Management and our Board of Directors to facilitate decision-making, in accordance with our policies, on whether Construction Safety Nova Scotia should upgrade or modernize its present office and warehouses or relocate to new purchased/leased office space.
All interested applicants are invited to bid on our Request for Proposals until 4:00 PM ADT on July 18, 2024. Requests for Information and Clarification from Consultants will be received up to 12:00pm ADT July 12, 2024.
