Course Summary:
This course is for supervisors, managers, and leaders. Participants increase their overall safety leadership knowledge with respect to the OH&S Act.
Participants will learn about tools, resources, and ideas for effective leadership in safety. The importance of communication, rights & responsibilities of employees, workplace inspections, accident investigations, and organizational culture will be discussed.
