SUMMARY:GreenShield Webinar Series: The Mind–Money Connection: Strengthening Financial Well-Being and Mental Health
DESCRIPTION:This webinar is offered through Construction Safety Nova Scotia in partnership with GreenShield. \nThe Mind–Money Connection: Strengthening Financial Well-Being and Mental Health. \nWhen financial stress rises\, so does mental load — often affecting focus\, energy\, and overall well-being. This one-hour session explores the connection between financial well-being and mental health and gives employees practical strategies to break that stress cycle. Employees will learn how everyday financial realities intersect with mental health and leave with practical tools to reduce anxiety and feel more in control. Through simple grounding techniques\, approachable financial habits\, and resource sharing\, participants will gain strategies to build resilience and reclaim mental space. \nPresented by: Jocelyn Pepe \nJocelyn Pepe is a women’s brain health and cognitive performance consultant\, keynote speaker\, executive coach\, and author. She founded TrU to help women\, leaders\, and organizations build cognitive resilience\, mental clarity\, emotional wellbeing\, and sustainable high performance without sacrificing health or fulfilment. With expertise spanning neuroscience\, psychology\, business\, and coaching\, she translates complex science into practical\, human-centered strategies focused on women’s brain health\, burnout prevention\, leadership wellbeing\, and whole-person performance. Drawing from over a decade of global experience and her own lived experience as an entrepreneur and mother\, Jocelyn helps people move from overwhelm to clarity and confidence.
