Complete Your COR Evaluation Online

The online version of the COR Evaluation is the same as the paper one, but using the electronic format allows you to submit your COR Evaluation to Construction Safety Nova Scotia in real time - saving you valuable time and resources.

Steps to complete the online COR Evaluation:

 

Step One: Sign up for a fbn SafetyNet account
You only have to set up your fbn SafetyNet account once. This one time step must be completed in order to complete your online COR Evaluation.

Step Two: Register for the online COR Evaluation
Each year, Construction Safety Nova Scotia’s Safety Services Department must be notified that you are ready to fill in an online COR Evaluation.  Please complete the Online COR Evaluation Registration Form (PDF) and submit it to Construction Safety Nova Scotia's Safety Services Department by either fax (902-468-8843) or email at . Once the Safety Services Department receives this request, they will create an online COR Evaluation for you, then email you the login information.

Step Three: Complete and submit the online COR Evaluation
You are ready to start filling out your online COR Evaluation once you receive the email containing the login information.
